I Teach the Boys in 15 Minutes

A Teacher’s Three Goals

Twenty-five-year teaching veteran Tom Steenson introduces a new Forum podcast: I Teach the Boys in 15 Minutes. These short, practical episodes will bring you two decades of wisdom, creativity, and time-tested tactics to become a better teacher of boys.

In this inaugural episode, Mr. Steenson discusses short-, medium-, and long-term goal setting for your students. Envisioning the long-game is especially crucial—because in teaching, much as in parenting, “the days are long, but the years are short.”
