The Art of Teaching Boys Conference
About the Art of Teaching Boys Conference
Boys often pose a problem to teachers. They are loud, frequently in motion, and lovers of risk, wrestling, and running—both in sunshine and in rain. Accompanying a boy on the road to manhood is both fulfilling and frustrating.
This conference will share The Heights School’s experience and expertise in educating boys. Combining practical knowledge with the best research in neuroscience and sociology, the event will feature lectures, discussions, and classroom observations to help teachers and school leaders educate boys according to their nature.
Thanks to the generosity of the Herzog Foundation, the conference will be offered free of charge. We are grateful for Herzog's support in recognition of the cultural significance of teachers and schools dedicated to helping boys become men fully alive.
